AJOEM es una organizaci\u00f3n sin fin de lucro dedicada a promover la educaci\u00f3n y el emprendimiento bajo el lema \u00abEd\u00facate para Emprender\u00bb, donde j\u00f3venes entre 16 y 35 a\u00f1os reciben capacitaciones, cursos, charlas, seminarios, talleres y participan en programas educativos para adquirir conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos que los ayudan a empoderarse para crear emprendimientos y generar su propio empleo, disminuyendo la desigualdad econ\u00f3mica en Panam\u00e1, el 6to pa\u00eds m\u00e1s desigual del mundo.<\/div>\n<div class=\"Idea-questions\">\n<dl>\n<dt><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el problema que est\u00e1n resolviendo?<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dt><\/dt>\n<dd>Educaci\u00f3n emprendedora desde la etapa escolar, Formaci\u00f3n integral de emprendedores j\u00f3venes, Asesor\u00eda a emprendedores j\u00f3venes en etapa temprana, Herramientas financieras para nuevos emprendedores j\u00f3venes y Acompa\u00f1amiento en todo el ciclo emprendedor.<\/dd>\n<dd><\/dd>\n<dt><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 impacto positivo tiene su proyecto en su comunidad? Expliquen de la forma m\u00e1s concreta posible cu\u00e1l es su impacto social, ambiental y\/o econ\u00f3mico actual. (Max. 500 caracteres)<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dt><\/dt>\n<dd>Desde 2015, capacitamos m\u00e1s de 4,000 j\u00f3venes entre 16 y 35 a\u00f1os, desde segundo ciclo en colegios tanto p\u00fablicos como particulares, universitarios y j\u00f3venes profesionales, en temas como: Emprendimiento, Habilidades blandas, Liderazgo, Finanzas, Marketing, Tecnolog\u00eda, Desarrollo de software, Elevator Pitch, modelo de negocios, plan de negocios, Innovaci\u00f3n, entre otros temas importantes para el desarrollo de emprendimientos, en alianza con Universidades, Empresas y Organizaciones internacionales.<\/dd>\n<dd><\/dd>\n<dt><strong>\u00bfCon cu\u00e1l de las cuatro \u00e1reas tem\u00e1ticas de este desaf\u00edo se vincula tu propuesta?<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dt><\/dt>\n<dd>2- Educaci\u00f3n &#8211; Educaci\u00f3n de Calidad (ODS 4) \/ Trabajo Decente (ODS 8)<\/dd>\n<dd><\/dd>\n<dt><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hace que su proyecto sea innovador?<\/strong><\/dt>\n<dt><\/dt>\n<dd>Empoderamos emprendedores a trav\u00e9s de la educaci\u00f3n y el acceso a herramientas para desarrollar emprendimientos que resuelvan problemas de sus comunidades, del sector privado y del sector p\u00fablico de Panam\u00e1. Nuestra propuesta de innovaci\u00f3n es la Alianza para impulsar el emprendimiento en Panam\u00e1, alianza p\u00fablico-privada creada en aras de canalizar recursos t\u00e9cnicos y econ\u00f3micos entre la Universidad, Estado y Empresa, creando un ecosistema de emprendimiento donde todos los j\u00f3venes tienen acceso a esos recursos para sus emprendimientos.
